Simple, Easy and Creamist Scrambled Eggs
I’ve been making scrambled eggs since my father taught me when I was 10! I love soft scrambled eggs, and thanks to a few culinary classes, I have the perfect method for making them very yummy. This recipe needs three simple ingredients: eggs, butter (or olive oil), salt and pepper are optional. No cream or milk!
Creamiest Scrambled Eggs
This method guarantees the fluffiest, most tender eggs, making the extra little bit of effort worth it.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Into 2 medium bowls, separate the whites and yolks of the eggs. Whisk whites until foamy, then whisk yolks until smooth.
- In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter on medium. Add whites and cook 2–3 min., until just set, stirring constantly.
- Add yolks. Cook 1 min., until desired firmness, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
