Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 9 oz pkg spinach
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Season with salt. Add the halibut fillets and turn to coat evenly in spice mixture.
  • In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil on medium-high until almost smoking. Cook fillets 3–4 min. on each side, until fish flakes with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, microwave the spinach according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fish over spinach. Cut the lemon into wedges. Squeeze lemon over spinach and fish to serve.
